Should your medical practice or healthcare related business be featured in next year’s HealthCare Profiles magazine? If so, please read the nomination and publishing procedure below and let’s get the ball rolling!
HealthCare Profiles Nomination & Publishing Procedure:
1. Nomination: A representative of an area medical practice or healthcare related business fills out the nomination form below and submits the form for review.
2. Review: The local publisher will review your nomination and website. You may be contacted regarding more questions about your medical practice or healthcare related business.
3. Notification: You will be contacted to confirm if your medical practice or healthcare related business has been approved to appear in the next annual Healthcare Profiles magazine.
4. Feature Story Contract: You will receive a contract guaranteeing your placement in the next annual HealthCare Profiles magazine and confirming your costs related to the writer and photography fees. Fees are not billed until the publication is distributed. *Ask your representative about available fee discounts.
5. Story & Photography Production: You will need to supply a key point person(s) that will be contacted by the assigned writer and photographer to set dates and times for the feature interview and photo shoot. Special Note: Several feature story photos will be chosen to appear on the front cover. The sooner we get your photo shoot completed, the better your chances are of being chosen for the front cover.
6. Contract Bonus: You will receive 200 hard copies of your full page 4 color feature story with photo as it appeared in the HealthCare Profiles magazine for your interoffice use or marketing needs, along with the PDF file of your feature story and photo.
